Chandler Medeiros was the best! ! After being told that I had a warranty that covered everything, Chandler actually explained that I had a warranty that only covered the transmissio ! I’ve always been satisfied with Randy Marion Buick’s service department. They explain everything, give me all the options and respect my decisions. This visit was for a check engine light that turned ou service department. They explain everything, give me all the options and respect my decisions. This visit was for a check engine light that turned out to be under a conditional recall - only fix it if the vehicle has the issue. I also had a lot of things I wanted done and was advised that some of them were already included in the other things I requested. Saved me hundreds of dollars. More

Got me in for my NC Inspection at scheduled time and got me out in a very reasonable time. Dealership customer lounge was very clean and inviting with the most comfortable chairs that I can remember ever s me out in a very reasonable time. A one to two hour appointment quickly turned into being there for close to eight hours. They originally misdiagnosed the lack of need to turn of need for brakes. Put new tires on. Went on record and said the alignment took forever because their machine was having issues. The worst part is that after all of this run around, they said they got delayed because they did not have the right lock key for the lugnuts, meanwhile I had it in the toolbox in the truck. When I said that, they said “we don’t want to dig through people stuff”, while when I got in the truck half of the truck was out of place! This included my back seat just completely flipped up. It was one of the worst experiences as a customer anywhere in my life. More
