I bought a new Ford Transit from there. Immediately I started having engine issues. I discovered they had over filled my engine oil. Draining the excess out didn't fix the problem. I scheduled a time to have them fix it. I run an HVAC business and it's costly for me to empty all tools and parts from the van to take it there. They said it would take two or three days. After five days of sitting at their service department, I went and picked it up. They never looked at it. It is now having transmission issues, ignition issues, an AC issue and a door alarm issue. I've emailed them and they won't respond. Apparently, they only care about the sale and not about service. I plan on contacting Ford directly. More
