This has been my first car that hasn't been a complete jalopy. Customer service and just the help was wonderful. We went into Taylorsville Ford looking for a used truck and we talked to John Deal. The manager, Eric Settle, got involved and made us such a great deal with the rebates and incentives on a new truck, we decided to buy a brand new F150. They got us a great finance rate and went out of their way to make sure our buying experience was excellent. This dealership is a one of a kind place. These days, it seems like once a purchase is made, the businesses don't even remember your name, but they even called us a month after the sale to make sure all was well with our purchase and ask us if we were happy with our truck.

Best buying experience I've ever had, they were genuinely friendly and didn't pressure me. I've shopped in Charlotte and Gastonia and hated the way I was treated. At Town Square everyone was pleasant, they answered my questions and, explained all my options. I understand they have the highest repeat buyer rate in the area, and its easy to understand why. The price I got in 5 minutes, was $1,600 less than I got in Gastonia after 4 hours. I'd recommend them and will be visiting them when I get my next truck.

This shop is a joke, Had car in for brake problems, fixed wrong thing, problem occurred again that night not 60 miles down the road. THEN the part they replaced went bad and I had to take it into another dealer to get it fixed right. They are a two bit second rate shop. I wouldn't let them work on my granddaughters tricicle. Better have triple A on speed dial if you use them . If I could rate no stars I would.
