I sent in a request on a focus st and gave my trade info and waited 3hr for a reply and they informed it was just sold 3 hours after I asked about it and I would have bought it even if it required a partial and waited 3hr for a reply and they informed it was just sold 3 hours after I asked about it and I would have bought it even if it required a partial payment but the sales rep I talked with was just sorry and didn’t even try to make a sale lost my business for sure More

Worst dealer around. For starters we drove an hour for this used car and the salesman Doug was great. The thing that made this terrible was that as soon as we left the che For starters we drove an hour for this used car and the salesman Doug was great. The thing that made this terrible was that as soon as we left the check engine light went on and we were told by the VW dealer by us the code was cleared by the last dealership right before we test drove it. We took it in and it needed a new catalytic converter 1 day after buying the car from them($1300 fix). In addition they put a paper temp license plate on our car and it was pouring rain the next day we got pulled over because the paper must have ripped in the rain and it fell off. We called the dealership and they wouldn't send us a replacement. They really didn't want to negotiate and the experience as soon as we left was terrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They also pride themselves being the largest Ford dealership in the southeast which the could be but are scam artists. More
