My first point of contact was Nate at the service bay. He greeted me with a smile and hello, and from that point on they treated me like I was the only customer in the service department. Kurt, Nathan and Heidi all went above and beyond what I was expecting to keep me informed on the issues and getting it repaired. I even got a car wash which was greatly appreciated.
