Knowledgeable of the service I requested I called several local Ford Dealerships looking to price a repair job that is fairly common on the F-150. No one seemed to know what I was talking about until I called Randy Marion, Nick Moore was the rep who took my call and he immediately knew what the service I requested was and was able to get me in that day. Service was actually cheaper than quoted. I am content to pickup service from this dealership on items I do not feel like doing myself. Like all Dealerships they will offer you service for things that are not needed or at an inflated rate. I will not hold that against the techs as they are just doing their job. EVERY DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT is there to MAKE money, never forget that. That said there are some thing I am content to let the Dealership do, the rest I will do myself. As far as professional, courteous and quick service, I received that and more from the service department. The sales floor didn’t look nearly as friendly though, however one salesman did chat and appear friendly enough, the rest of the sales department was cold and unfriendly. Would I buy a car there, maybe..will I get more service there, absolutely. More
No help I have visited this dealership 4 times during the day to look at a truck to PURCHASE! I parked right by the front of their glass so they all could see I have visited this dealership 4 times during the day to look at a truck to PURCHASE! I parked right by the front of their glass so they all could see me come in. I could see dealers sitting inside doing nothing. I walked around the lot and checked out their trucks for a long time each trip. Not once did a salesperson come speak to me or ask if I was interested in anything. So, I will be looking elsewhere. I can't even get a price quote. Vehicle service? I sent the exact specs for a business cargo van with 4x4 I intend to purchase for survey work. I can't even get a quote out of them in over a month! When I call I get the run around (check your spam folder, I've got a 19 vehicle fleet to quote, It's on my desk, having trouble scanning your quote, etc). I've got the cash and know exactly what I want so this should be an easy sell. More

Quick outstanding service We were traveling down I 40 about 4 hours from home when our Ford F-250 turbo exhaust busted. We looked up the nearest Ford dealer and it was Randy Ma We were traveling down I 40 about 4 hours from home when our Ford F-250 turbo exhaust busted. We looked up the nearest Ford dealer and it was Randy Marion Ford. We slowly made it there and the service dept was very eager to help us! They knew immediately what needed to be done and within an hour we were back on the road again! Everyone at this dealership was very hospitable and treated us like family! If I lived closer, this would be my Ford dealer! Thank you all so much for helping save our vacation! It is very much appreciated! More

Put pictures online that doesn't match so we can con somebody into paying $12,000 more. CROOKS NEVER AGAIN! I think it all was an intentional con. How would you know pictures didn't match before you checked. More

Nick is the nastiest attitude person went in there the other day to try to ask him some questions he came he was too busy to deal with a customer that's not the way to customer service he had an attitude so I got attitude he needs to be disciplined I had left this dealership after doing business at this dealership for 25 years I moved to a new dealership was wanting to bring my business back to this dealership but after I walked in and was exposed to Nick's attitude I'm not coming back on this something done about him they're too busy to have any customer-oriented response this is not a customer oriented business if you wanting to have a customer experience it's the wrong place More

I noticed they had a 2016 Ford F450 Black Platinum i was interested in. I made a phone call to receive some truck info, many of my questions could not be answered and requested a price drop. I was assured the price would not drop. Priced market value. I disagreed. Two days later the price was reduced over three thousand dollars. I attempted one more time to establish contact and deal. Spoke with CJ, Randy Marion Ford salesperson. He was very interested in making a deal and trade. He provided multiple email addresses to forward photos and my VIN. I received a call from the internet manager and he too was very eager to trade vehicles. He received photos and VIN, loved my truck and would be back in touch with me in less then 24hrs. The next day I received an email from CJ seeking more input from me in writing such as what numbers was I looking for and he would work his magic, CJ wants me to have the truck and the truck has been fully services. I responded to CJ's email in less than an hour with a counter offer, some additional items I had forget to mention originally and asked his bottom line. After 24 hours I had not heard a word. I called and left a message. No response. I sent another email to CJ, seeking a response. Another 24 hours (total 48 hours) have gone by and no response to emails or phone calls. I will certainly never recommend this dealer and anyone, other then steer them away. My son goes to University in the area and we knows a lot of college families and graduating student who need new or newer wheels. I'm also and owner of a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum, 2016 Ford Fusion and 2013 Ford F450 KIng Ranch. Randy Marion and CJ should be ashamed. More
