We are always treated with respect. They have an adequately supplied (with goodies, and coffee) waiting room. We are dealt with in a very timely manor. By being able to secure an appointment on line, this is very convenient. One huge plus is our Service Person TOM GILBERT. We are able to choose Tom on line when we make our appointment, another plus. Megan was our initial contact when we first arrived, as Tom was just finishing with another customer. We have dealt with her before and she is always very affable and professional.
