Easier than I thought I just purchased a 2015 Outback from Jonathan Shapiro at Randy Marion Subaru. It was somewhat of a many month buying experience for me. I had research I just purchased a 2015 Outback from Jonathan Shapiro at Randy Marion Subaru. It was somewhat of a many month buying experience for me. I had researched the new Outback verses the 2011 Outback that my wife owns and was pleased of the remake. I had my Toyota for 13 years and I wanted to make sure I got this right. I ordered this vehicle just like I wanted it and it took a few weeks to get it but the wait was worth it. I really love this Outback. Everyday it gets better and better. The gas mileage if better than I thought and the 3.6 has all the pep anyone could ever need. Its a little rocket. The buying experience was so smooth. Everyone was knowledgeable thought out the entire experience. Jonathan went over everything about the car before i left the lot and he called me to see if I had any questions that might have come up. My wife had a bad experience at another local Subaru dealership when she bought her Outback and I was not going to let that happen to me. Charles and his staff are wonderful. Negotiated the deal over the phone in less than 7 minutes, gave them a small deposit over the phone, and picked up the car the next day. Now THAT's the way to sell me a car. New Forester I stopped in last Tuesday to look at a new Forester. Mark Richardson went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. I had a certain color and level I stopped in last Tuesday to look at a new Forester. Mark Richardson went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted. I had a certain color and level I wanted. We test drove a step up from the one I wanted, but Mark did all he could to get me the car I wanted. They produced a 2015 Forester that was used with only 968 miles on it, had more options than I would have bought, a better warranty than new, and was everything I was looking for. They gave me more for my trade than I anticipated and were just all around great people to deal with. With the internet, we all go to the dealership with an idea of what we should pay and what our trade is worth. This is my fourth Subaru and I won't go anywhere else for my next purchase or service. I went in just to look and left with a new car. More
