The technicians also checked my tires, fluids, and other essential maintenance points, giving me peace of mind that my vehicle was in good hands. The reason for 2 stars is because one, not all the issues that I brought the vehicle in for were resolved. Second, a loaner vehicle was requested several times so that they could have the vehicle to troubles that I brought the vehicle in for were resolved. Second, a loaner vehicle was requested several times so that they could have the vehicle to troubles hoot until the issue was resolved. Most importantly the lack of communication on how the service was progressing. I brought my vehicle in at 3;30 on a Wednesday and they were told they could have until Thursday evening at which time I would either need the car back or need a loaner. I was never contacted about the car being ready or to come pick up a loaner. I arrive 20 minutes prior to closing. My service adviser was not there and the adviser on duty knew nothing about what was going on with my vehicle. They had to call my adviser to find out the details. Then I was asked if I wanted to leave my vehicle with them to further troubleshoot. I asked if they had a loaner and I was advised they did not. So I now have to reschedule another time to trouble shoot this issue. This will be the third time I've had it into the dealer for the same issue. Don't think i would purchase another vehicle from them due to the service department. By the way when I called to schedule the service it took 30 minutes to do so. More
