That was bad form. She also used the wrong name for me (that's bad, too). It looked like a scam text to block from my phone. You should not use a service appointment to do sales pitches. If I want to buy a new car, I'll tell you that. If I'm coming to you for service, I just want service; don't pitch me a new car. That was very annoying, Tom Gilbert was great and brought this up to the attention of the supervisor when I mentioned it to him, PS: I knew that my service appointment would take longer than usual and had thought about spending some time looking at your new cars while I waited. After I got that text message from sales, I decided not to; just read a book for the duration. More
