The negative experience starts when the service department doesn’t even answer the phone. This is not an isolated incidence, but happens more often than not when calling. Then when you finally get through, you’re told only your service advisor can help you, the same service advisor you’ve been trying to get in touch with for days. This is not the way to compete with other Subaru dealerships. Subaru South Charlotte answers the phone on the second ring, need an appointment? They’ve got you and with a loaner vehicle no problem. Sadly, it’s a drive, but you actually save time in the long run not waiting for a call back that takes hours and sometimes days. More
