Awesome deal! I walked around the used car lot looking for a van. I was looking to trade in my vehicle with high miles and I couldn't afford much for what I needed. After speaking to 3 other dealerships I was ready to give up. No one wanted my trade in and if they did, they were trying to give me next to nothing for it. I began working with Bob Wrona on this day. He listened to my concerns, was not turned off at all by my trade in or my price range. He kept in contact with me until he found a van that was perfect for my family. This dealership is so friendly and pretty generous (if you can say that about a car dealership!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have 3 small children, one is special needs, and they bent over backwards to make sure this transaction was convenient for me! Not to mention that they gave me nearly $ 2500 more for my trade than anyone else! Our family needed a van in the worst way and they made sure we got one! And its beautiful! Can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend Tim Rutherford - Great salesman My husband and I were looking for a Jeep. I went to other dealerships and had pushy salesman just wanting me to pick a color and sign some docs. Nop My husband and I were looking for a Jeep. I went to other dealerships and had pushy salesman just wanting me to pick a color and sign some docs. Nope, I don't like pushy people. I then went to Randy Wise Used Cars in Clio, Michigan and was very satisfied with salesman, Tim Rutherford. He allowed me to test drive a used Jeep they recently received. He explained the features of the vehicle and he didn't hassle me into buying it. He let me take it home for the weekend. I was pre-approved for a loan with my credit union already at 2.99% interest. He said he could find a lender for a lower interest rate. On Monday, I brought it back and signed the documents to purchase the vehicle. And he did get me a lower interest rate with my own credit union where I was pre-approved. The interest rate is now 2.74%. Wow - Thanks Tim for awesome service. I will definitely recommend this dealer in the future and tell them to ask for Tim. More
