Ignores problems Wife took our Malibu in for a oil change a tire rotation, 1st time they did not do the tire rotation said they would do it next time. This time they can't find wheel lock key (which was in the car the 1st time the car was taken in). The service writer tells my wife they can take the wheel locks off but it will scratch her wheels but it's not a big deal and she can just drive with 4 lug nuts instead of 5... Then blame the salesperson for never giving her the wheel lock key (funny thing was I bought the car from myself when I was selling, it was in there) We have called the service manager 5 times and he is never available and does not call back.. Clearly avoiding the situation! I will never be back to any Randy Wise Dealer because of this 1 experience More
