Mr. Bright was amazing! I came to the lot with no credit and a couple hundred bucks, trying to see if there was a car i could possibly get. I was over in the used lot looking at some 2002-2005 cars to see i and a couple hundred bucks, trying to see if there was a car i could possibly get. I was over in the used lot looking at some 2002-2005 cars to see if there was one i could afford. Mr Bright comes out and ask me what I'm looking for and i told him my situation and how much money i had. he chuckled and said "come with me". Walking over to the newer cars and showing me a car that i really wanted. I didn't believe i could get it but Mr Bright reassured me he could make it happen. So took the car for a test drive and loved it, then returned to see if he could actually get me the car. He asked a couple questions, talked to a few people, then came back with a smile and said "you got the car!!" I couldn't believe it! He made signing everything very easy and understanding. He then handed me the keys and said "told you i could". Over all a great first time experience buying a car that wasn't a 1990 car that fell apart every other month. The one thing I had great experience with was Mr. Hazelwood. He helped me out so much by fitting my car in on such short notice and I thought he was a very polite person and very helpful. However the service that I received from the mechanics is what I am very disappointed with. I drove my Hyundai home and noticed no problems with the car. The next day I was moving back to campus for school. On the way there I instantly noticed that the alignment was off. My dad, a mechanic at Mercedes Benz, figured that an alignment was not done when the car was put back together. My dad also noticed that the front fender was covered in grease marks, he felt that the car should have been cleaned up. Driving it around town the following week I also noticed a terrible clunking noise when I would shift the car. I returned home to have my dad check out the noise. He quickly discovered that when the car was shifted the back part of the engine would raise up about an inch. He looked around and noticed that a bolt had come out of place. Luckily when he was measuring the hole to buy a new bolt, the original bolt fell out from under the car. My dad purchased a new nut and put the bolt back in properly. He then checked out everything else and noticed that the froth bolts were loose so he also tightened them. I feel that this is very dangerous when jobs are not completed and this could have lead to more dangerous problems. I understand that this job was free to me because of the parts being on recall but I do not think that should mean that the job can be rushed through and possibly cause more damage. I am sad to say that I will probably not be bringing my car back just because my car was not completed in the way it should have been. More
