Kim Dempers, customer service representative, with whom I worked via email prior to my visit to the dealership, The Randy Wise dealership was awesome! Kim Dempers, customer service representative, with whom I worked via email prior to my visit to the dealership, responded to all my preliminary questions, including providing me a straightforward quote that matched the price I was looking for, never tried to sell me more or less than what I wanted, and set everything up perfectly prior to my actual visit to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, both she and my salesperson, Jeff Gayari, could not have been more welcoming, friendly or helpful. The car was prepped and ready when I arrived, and all the paperwork was in order, including the agreed upon price exactly as had been previously discussed via email. They made sure that my entire experience was perfect in every way! I could not be more pleased with my experience with them and the Randy Wise dealership! More
