I am relieved to say that due to the efforts here at Randy Wise, I am now in a brand new RELIABLE vehicle. I have never in my life experienced a pleasant car buying until now. After Jim Johnson helped my sister get into a new vehicle and she raved about how awesome he was, I figured I'd give him a try. 5 Star Experience Thanks Derek for going above and beyond my expectations of a salesperson. We haven't visited this dealership before but decided to make the nearly 2 h Thanks Derek for going above and beyond my expectations of a salesperson. We haven't visited this dealership before but decided to make the nearly 2 hr drive to see a used vehicle. Probably wouldn't have made the drive but Kim made a phone call to me the night before and was extremely friendly and helpful at answering my questions about a vehicle, so we made the trip. Everyone was friendly and courteous at the dealership. Derek had the vehicle ready and waiting for us to drive when we arrived. He took a ride with us and showed all the car features and knew every aspect about the car. The car was clean and stood up to everything that it said it was on the internet ad. We had planned to visit a couple other places that day but after seeing the vehicle and appreciating everything Derek had done and his knowledge we decided on making a purchase that day! So far, so good and loving our new ride! More
