Clunking I'm a single mom with 5 kids bought a town and country as soon as I drove out the transmission was messing up and something was clanging and banging I I'm a single mom with 5 kids bought a town and country as soon as I drove out the transmission was messing up and something was clanging and banging I went back the next morning they fixed the trans problem but left the banging it's a horrible sound it's like your front end will fall off hopefully me and my kids don't get into a accident I anticipate believe they sold me a van that crappy More

Derek was professional, friendly, personable and most important - knowledgeable. He explained all the important stuff and any questions he wasn't sure about he went and found out.
