This was the only dealer in our area who had a new Ridgeline that was not claimed. It literally came off the truck and they readied it for us. We bought a car the night we came in and found that the dealership didn’t even clean under the hood and around the engine bay. When we called back after finding out animal food under the cover, the manager dealership didn’t even clean under the hood and around the engine bay. When we called back after finding out animal food under the cover, the manager had the guts to say that it could have happened at our house. No sense of customer service or remorse for a customer that spent over $30K. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Such awful customer service (probably because they think because demand is high, they won’t care about service at all). More
