Friendly sales people. Knowledgeable. Cons is it takes hours from time you pick out car, fill out documents, sign for it, and drive away. Way too long process! Very disappointed in my experience with Rapids Honda. I declined adding any additional options after I told them I wanted to purchase the car. While signing the papers there were two options added to the s declined adding any additional options after I told them I wanted to purchase the car. While signing the papers there were two options added to the sale. I told them I did not want any of the options and was told that I had to purchase them because they were already on the car. Those options should have ( and probably were) already in the price of the car. Shame on me for going through with the sale and shame on them for being very deceitful. I absolutely will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will make sure to voice my experience whenever I can More
