Total waste of time and total rip off. They want to charge 165 plus tax and shop fees for a brake fluid flush, talk about highway robbery. Most other shops including other dealerships are 100 plus tax and shop supplies at most. They want to charge 50 plus tax for an air filter. You can buy an air filter for less than 20 dollars and install it your self in less than 5 minutes. This place is an absolute joke. Should have listened to all the other reviews about how bad the customer service is and how bad they treat customers. More

My low rating had nothing to do with Shawn Richter. He serviced my Honda before I bought it. I'm sure he's excellent at his job. I had a complaint against the one who sold the car and the extra's that He serviced my Honda before I bought it. I'm sure he's excellent at his job. I had a complaint against the one who sold the car and the extra's that he pushed that I didn't need. I was not happy about the $2,000 fee for selling the car to me. I still am not sure what that was about. The original cost of the car was quoted to me but I did not see the original Manufactures suggested retail price, even though I asked for it. His quoted cash price of the vehicle began at 29,340. The suggested price, that I later got was $28,580. I'm guessing the $2,000 added on free was for to delivery service.. My total cost for this vehicle ended up being $35,516.84 More
