I had a service appointment. Despite the statewide mask requirement, two employees (including the service manager and a salesman) and several customers were without masks, and another employee was wearing requirement, two employees (including the service manager and a salesman) and several customers were without masks, and another employee was wearing his under his nose. I couldn't find anywhere to wait where I could get away from these people, so I went and stood outside on a chilly day. There's no place to sit outside the building. An employee finally walked by and asked if I needed help, and I told him what the problem was, only to be told they couldn't do anything. Nothing can be done about EMPLOYEES violating this law? No one even asked the customers to put their masks on. I felt as if nobody at this dealership cares anything about customer safety. Not going back. Certainly not buying my next new car there. More
