It was easy to get in for x as n oil change. It took an hour which seems a bit long- my tires were not rotated and no filters were changed. Reason for visit section does not include service?.. that’s what I was there for and asked to review. I always have a good experience with the service team here. The people behind the desk for paying not so much. Every time they seem a bit rude and uncaring. I was a bit frustrated the last time I came in. I dropped my car for an oil change and went to work online and on all the doors the hours said till 7pm they were open when I got there around 6:40 I couldn’t get in most of the doors and I was told the service area closed at 6. I had a question on a coupon change since I found a better one in my purse and I was told since the service person was no longer there they can’t change or honor a coupon. Very frustrating I was glad I was able to get my car because I was not informed of an hour change. Thankfully the dealerships hours were still the same. I do understand with all the covid regulations and business being slower closing early, but you need to inform your customers of this or at least post it online or the building doors. I was emailed by the service adviser to ask if I was Completely satisfied and if there was anything I wasn’t what it was. I responded letting him know what I ran into when I came to get the car. I never received an email or call back on it. That was on the 9th. You guys do good work but there is a lack of customer service at times. Only reason I have been coming back to this dealership was because customer service was great the first couple times. More
