I was asked if I wanted a new cabin air filter,because it was "a bit dirty". I said no I can check that my self. It was put back in with with all the leaves and detritus still in it and hitting the fan mak was "a bit dirty". I said no I can check that my self. It was put back in with with all the leaves and detritus still in it and hitting the fan making a loud ticking. I knocked out the accumulated matter and put it back together, took a minute and now works fine. Otherwise the visit was quick and the car was washed which was nice. More

The roof rack for the Ridgeline that I purchased in January was back-ordered and didn't arrive until April.
