BATE & SWITCH. Went here to buy a used car we saw on there website. After test drive we decided to purchase car for the full price that it was listed at $14,400. Salesman goes to write up the paper work there website. After test drive we decided to purchase car for the full price that it was listed at $14,400. Salesman goes to write up the paper work and comes back with a Out The Door Price of $20,000 with all these extra dealer installed accesories added on which we already had told him we did not want. He say's ok then goes to write up new paper work. Comes back with some of the accesories removed but $700 worth of extras which he says are already installed & can't be removed. We were pressured by a very pushy & rude salesman. We were pushed into buying the car. But feel we were conned out of an extra $700 which was really just some fancy Rainex on the windshield and some fancy wax. More

The guy who assisted me from service seemed like he didn't know much. The answer to everything I asked was "I think so". I didn't necessarily feel as he was the right guy to be working on my truck. Also he told me my bill was gonna be around $300 something for break change and spark plugs and ended up being $900+ for my entire bill. I don't understand why, I asked him for a detailed invoice and he couldn't obtain one for me. I barely under the invoice and I am pretty sure they charged me for something I never asked to be done such as the "drums and rotors"? I simply needed the pads changed. Very dissatisfied and will more than likely not return to this location... it was my very first time there. More
