I did appreciate the kind, knowledgeable staff. I didn’t appreciate the long wait we had before we could get in for the financing part. But, what really turned me off and what will prevent me from purchasin appreciate the long wait we had before we could get in for the financing part. But, what really turned me off and what will prevent me from purchasing from your dealership in the future is the shady practice of putting those chemical sprays on the vehicle whether I wanted that or not and force me to pay for it. You claim you disclosed all of the information about that on your website but it’s not clear what these “installed options and accessories” even are. The last vehicle I bought brand new at another dealership offered me these chemicals and I declined them. That’s how this should have been done too. It feels like a scam and I’ve been taken. Sadly, I will not purchase from you again and have been informing my friends and relatives to watch out for this and choose a dealership who doesn’t do this. More

When I arrived to pick up my car, nobody addressed me or even said hello for several minutes. There were at least 6 employees standing around talking to each other. They didn't fix the problem.
