Hey Ken,          My wife and I had purchased the used 2011 Sienna Jan 9th. I realized when I got home I had accidentally signed up for a "protection plan" which essentially was an extended warranty. If I had known that was the case I would never have signed for it. That & not reading the paper showing $500 car mats $499 diamond fusion$1498 Rust protection       My final finance number was $11,095.00 I had given you $5,000 that night for a $10,200 van and financed the rest. The number I had was around $120 a month financing and the number your finance dept. found me was $220 approximately. Your finance and sales dept. working together to have me sign up for things I did not need made the monthly payment higher. Your sales rep on the floor said the diamond fusion was done and the rust protection was applied already. He also never mentioned I would be charged for the car mats. I had the van looked at by trusted mechanics and they told me no rust protection was on the vehicle.       I had talked to 1 manager about the extra charges Jan 11th and was told I could return the car mats and get my windshield treatment cut in half since I lived 2.5hrs away. When I returned the car mats another manager informed me you never apply rust protection prior to sale and it would be scheduled after. Your sales rep lied to me.       Your finance lady didn't use the words "warranty" or show me the final financing number. Politely folded my paperwork up and handed it to me. I waited for your managers to cancel the agreed upon charges and warranty. I had to wait over a month for the extra charges to be put towards our bank loan. My wife and I both had to call numerous times with no calls or emails returned. I had called 3x in a row leaving voicemails every time. I even asked for the dealer manager Roy and left a voicemail there.       I was told the warranty was canceled and kept checking our bank loan and it was not paid into. I was sent someone's warranty cancellation form by mistake. Finally sent the correct one 2 months later and signed and returned to you. Still waited for another few weeks to hear back. I had to once again call 1x a day until your finance dept. decided to not screen my call. She said that it had been processed and a payment was sent to our bank as a principal payment. She had told me that was processed and to check our bank but it was the same receipt from our other charges not the warranty. It finally went through 2.5months later all the extra charges were returned into our loan as principal payments and we paid off our loan the next day. I was not happy paying extra interest everyday when your people did not do their jobs.     My wife and I were definitely going to war over $4,000 of charges we did not want or ask for. I know I signed the paperwork but only from dishonest and lying reps. It took over 2.5 months of calling and emails with blatant disregard and people ignoring or sending us redundant information as if we were stupid or would give up. We as customers deserve much better after I called 2 days after noticing the extra charges. We filed negative reports because of your customer service and communication. How we were treated and lied to is shameful. Honesty is still the best policy and we were disappointed in how that seems to be the least important thing in your dealership. This one bad experience will be with us for the rest of our lives. We are wiser now to look at every word in car buying paperwork. We have also warned everyone we know not to go to your dealership.
