Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable waiting room. The only thing worth mentioning is that it took an hour for an oil change. Not sure why but not really a big deal. In April of 2020 I brought my vehicle in for a detail. They had a special. I was informed that my vehicle would be cleaned - interior and exterior and engine. Upon immediate and a quick inspection I was pleased with the interior. Once I got home I checked further and saw some missed things. I also noticed that my engine wasn't touched. For a coupon deal + pet hair removal I paid about $210.00. I was told interior and exterior and engine. My tires weren't shined or looked clean. Therefore, when I needed another detail a few months later. I visited Groupon. Found a location, upon initial arrival I was a little leery about using their service. To my surprise they did an amazing job. Detailed lasted for months. Interior, exterior and engine were completely clean. They did such a great job that my sister and her husband immediately scheduled their appointments and were happy. After taxes and the additional fee for pet hair I paid a total of $139.00. I must say I will never use Honda again for a detail. It was only worth half of what I Paid. The $40.00 Honda charged for them cleaning the short pet hair that I had was worth it but I could have done the other cleaning myself. All in all this was a $100.00 job. My biggest concern was pet hair that's why I brought it in. I used to clean my own car at a self cleaning place. I would clean and condition my leather etc. etc. I'm just not sure how to successfully pick up pet hair and am afraid to touch the engine. Nonetheless, its always a markup at dealerships.
