Had 3m strips replaced on 2 doors as was coming off after a little over a year. Was not replaced per original, not full door length, and not communicated as to why, concerned of less protection due to less a little over a year. I went to Rapids for my first oil change after purchasing my Pilot from another dealership that I wasn't exactly 100% happy with. About a month or so after I got the oil change, my husband noticed that my p my Pilot from another dealership that I wasn't exactly 100% happy with. About a month or so after I got the oil change, my husband noticed that my pilot was leaking oil. I brought it back to Rapids and had them look at it, thinking there was something wrong with the engine. Turns out, there was a washer that wasn't put on correctly, causing the leak. After they figured that out, I was rushed out of the dealership and told that my car was waiting for me across the parking lot. No paperwork given and I'm doubtful that the oil was even topped off. Strike #1 Rapids.... More
