We purchased two new vehicles - about a week apart. This was the sales/finance/service team for both! Roger was our sales person, Sarina finished us up with Finance. For our Odyssey, Katie in management he was the sales/finance/service team for both! Roger was our sales person, Sarina finished us up with Finance. For our Odyssey, Katie in management heard my dislike of my seats and helped me with custom seats & was a pure joy to work with! They definitely went above and beyond to help me purchase a new Odyssey that would hit every thing I wanted in a vehicle. I am so glad that there is a closer Honda to me now, I was driving all the way to Maplewood Honda for the service/purchase. Rapids Honda matches them well!
