yes - what would be better is to refund the car protection add ons they made us get. Other Honda stores dont require you to get the add ons. I thought I did my homework and had worded out price ahead of time. We should have been able to get in and out in a couple hours not the over 6 hours we were there. We already knew what we wanted and wanted to buy.
