Owners manual stated a certain oil should be used for transfer case. The technician used a wrong viscosity. I asked about it and was told it is the "same." 75W85 is not the same as 80W90 especially in co transfer case. The technician used a wrong viscosity. The service department is great! The only issues I had is with sales. Don't like the constant haggling over price. Also, my sales person (Roger) didn't know equipment you could add to the Honda that are offe with sales. Don't like the constant haggling over price. Also told me of a product that I could attach to the back of my remote that would boost my remote start. Did research afterwards only to find that I couldn't find anything.
