Other dealerships use software that is not user friendly, with lots of service descriptions that may make sense to people at the dealership but not to me. i.e. let me schedule an oil change, not "minder package A" Good job. By the way - make sure to inquire as to whether your Honda CR-V has had its actuator replaced or not, as there has been an issue with this part on many years of this model. ;) More

The staff at Rapids Honda offered me a very fair price right up front through the Sam's I do not enjoy the car buying process and know I am not alone. The staff at Rapids Honda offered me a very fair price right up front through the Sam's Club Auto Program, so we avoided the whole push and pull of the typical negotiation of the bottom line. Of course there is always that up sell process that I don't appreciate which the main reason I typically don't buy new cars. A simple title transfer is easier and takes far less time and negotiation. This is my second new car in my lifetime and am happy with the service, follow up and price! I would do business with Rapids again. More
