I went to Rapids Honda to evaluate my options for a new car after my previous vehicle was totaled. I really didn't have an intention of leaving in a new car, but things quickly escalated beyond just explor car after my previous vehicle was totaled. I really didn't have an intention of leaving in a new car, but things quickly escalated beyond just exploring financing into actually signing an agreement. I was disappointed with the fast and furious finance back and forth to try to get me to purchase a car. It felt very high pressure and completely different from my experience at Luther Honda from my previous purchase. Ultimately, I was happy with the price of the vehicle, but, between all the negotiations, my tint was removed from optional upgrades without explicit indication. I am still not sure if this was an intentional removal to try to make my financing more attractive or an honest mistake. After realizing post-purchase, I emailed both the finance manager and my sales person. I was promptly contacted by Katie Young and was relieved with how understanding she was as well as willing to resolve the issue. However, I was told I would receive a credit against the balance of my loan, but it has never materialized. Subsequent calls have not been returned. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. More
