When pulling cars, he ran to get them and bring them up front - I was quite impressed. He walked us through the entire process - we not only leased 1 vehicle - we leased 2! customer service was lacking as I didn’t get a call That my car was done. I waited for 3 hours.. nothing. Even after texting asking if my car was done, nothing. I knew They closed at noon so I started walki my car was done. I waited for 3 hours.. nothing. Even after texting asking if my car was done, nothing. I knew They closed at noon so I started walking up there. Takes about 20 minutes. When I got there , I was told my car was finished within a half hour of dropping it off. Shawn told me he must’ve spaced it out and forgot to call me. I wasted my whole morning waiting on my car. A little frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the service to my vehicle was great. More

Awesome! In for multiple services on a 2006 Ridgeline, in for 2 days, free loaner vehicle. I 'knew' I needed brakes! Come to find out I didn't.
