Pretty sure they bait and switched me. So not happy. Saw a certified pre-owned vehicle that was a superb deal. Then I meet another random gal that I have no idea who she was and she made me fill out a questionnaire. Then she gets to asking me about everything and tells me the car I wanted was just sold right before I got there. I was so mad. They then wanted to sell me a car that was 4 grand more. No dice. I then get an email from Ken saying it was nice meeting me and information about the car I looked at. (Yes, the info about the car that sold) Never did I look at the car and never did I meet him. Then get this: the car is back on the website but just 100 dollars more than it was before. Same pictures and everything. I also read another reviewer who had the a similar thing happen to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BEWARE. More

New Tiers During Covid-19 this dealership was still servicing car owners. I came in for 4 new tiers. I work in IT for Health care and i only have one car so i n During Covid-19 this dealership was still servicing car owners. I came in for 4 new tiers. I work in IT for Health care and i only have one car so i needed to get a rental . with out knowing if I had Covid-19, they let me have a rental, so I could still be Online working to butter serve Users and those receiving care. First, my sales person did not inform me he was leaving Rapids Honda the following day, therefore when I returned with an issue the next day I was caught off guard when I was told he didn't work there anymore. He had promised he would take care of somethings for me and wasn't honest about that. When I relayed what he promised to other sales personal I was told that wasn't an option. Second, I felt I was pushed into buying add on's to my vehicle, being told they were already applied to the vehicle so I would have to pay for them. Third, I've had questions and issues that have been ignored by the used sales department. I was told my issue would be looked into and haven't received any resolution and when I've tried to contact, I've received no response back. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for an oil change and to swap out my winter tires. When I went to pick up my car, Austin handed me the summary of th I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for an oil change and to swap out my winter tires. When I went to pick up my car, Austin handed me the summary of the service and it stated my cabin air filter and engine air filters were "yellow" or would need service soon. I had just had both of those filters changed at my previous oil change not more than 5,000 miles ago. I questioned him and he went and grab the filters and you could still see white on them so clearly not even close to needing to be changed. It surprises me that they don't look to see if that has even been done so they have that information when talking to the customer. I was extremely annoyed with this incident because had they looked up that it was just done, we could have avoided the extra nonsense. More
