Clean, organized, quick and efficient Loved bringing my car here. Liked it so much, that all of our family cars now get serviced here. Used car manager only cares about profit of screwing over his customers. I bought a car which they failed to fix an antifreeze smell which Roger said they would fix. I asked the manager to give my money b his customers. I bought a car which they failed to fix an antifreeze smell which Roger said they would fix. I asked the manager to give my money back as they failed to hold up the agreement of fixing the smell of antifreeze. They had my car in their shop for a week to fix it which I came to pick it up twice after they said it was ready with it not being ready. Still to return it to me with check engine light on telling me I need to pay $1400 to fix it. The first time I tried to leave after they replaced the thermostat it was spraying antifreeze out of the overfill tank. Sad that a dealer would screw someone over during these days. I just want the car fix or my money back to buy a different car. Still not ok or happy with this deal. I would not trust them. More

Got down to talking about numbers and they would avoid any direct questions regarding the total price of the vehicle. They kept asking what I wanted for a monthly payment. Looking at the actual price they had thrown in several "accessories". Of these accessories, some were already done by the previous owner (window tint). Other accessories were way overpriced for what they were. Overall there was approximately $2000 worth of accessories on the bill, and none of it was discussed as an option. I asked to remove the accessories and just get a price for the truck itself, which they finally did after asking several times. Overall the experience was very unpleasant. Kept asking what it would take to drive home with the truck today. I had told them several times I was not buying a truck until I had some time to think about it, and research other prices. Daniel, the initial salesman was great. He understood what we wanted, and what we were trying to do. He was curteuous to the buying process and understood that this was a big purchase for us. His manager did not. She was extremely pushy, and only cared about the sale. She kept pushing old school "stealership" sales tactics to try to push us into a sale on the spot. Don't you think you would want an educated buyer who is happy with their purchase? Kevin in finance was great as well, super courteous, and very honest. Overall, buyer beware. They thrive on uneducated buyers. More
