Great place - Very professional service team! I bought my Honda Accord at Bloomington Richfield in 2018. I live near Elk River MN so driving to that dealership to have any work completed would ha I bought my Honda Accord at Bloomington Richfield in 2018. Rapids Honda is much closer so that is why I chose to go there for an oil and tire rotation. Austin C. was the person that greeted me with a smile. He was very courteous, professional as well as very personable. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the work to be completed as well as a complete thorough explanation of some watch outs such as tire tread percentage and when to change the cabin/air filters. Extremely impressed and will definitely return because of my interaction with Austin.. More
