I don’t trust the service department!Heard most came I don’t trust the service department! Heard most came from Brookdale Honda. I refuse to take my vehicle there! I took it to Buerkle Honda even thoug I don’t trust the service department! Heard most came from Brookdale Honda. I refuse to take my vehicle there! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took 90 minutes. Way too long, though personnel were friendly. After 60 minutes they asked me if I wanted a light bulb changed. Came in today and Austin came right out and asked how he could help us today. I told him my interior lights stopped working. He asked if he could take a look at the problem. He was able to figure it out qu could help us today. I told him my interior lights stopped working. He asked if he could take a look at the problem.
