Did not specify I wanted synthetic oil. Oil change was done with synthetic oil and up charged for the oil. It's a high mileage van that doesnt need special oil. Was thorough with the issue I had been experiencing and helped me with that getting pinpointed. It turned out to be an aftermarket issue with the remote start but he also referred me to an installer that h helped me with that getting pinpointed.
