I brought my 2019 Passport in to diagnose and fix the reason the rear hatch would not open with my foot sweeping under the rear bumper. This is the 2nd time I have had it with the service dept for the sa reason the rear hatch would not open with my foot sweeping under the rear bumper. This is the 2nd time I have had it with the service dept for the same problem The service manager was excellent in trying to fix the problem This apparently is a known problem when car is equipped with the trailer hitch option Ultimately the problem was not resolved and not because of lack of understanding or professionalism on the service staff but a clear defect with the product itself I will give it a short time and bring it in one more time to hopefully getting the problem fixed or will look into another course of action Again the staff has tried their best to fix this and this is the only reason I am going to give them time to get a fix from Honda More
