So far so good! I was (am) happy with our dealings with Rapids Honda. It seems like a nice place to bring the car for a wash or oil change. They make you feel like working with you is not a problem and they offer a nice place to wait for your car. The only complaint I have is when they rented me a car to go to McDonalds. It is next to the dealership and I was charged $45. I thought I was getting a loaner while they worked on our car. I could have easily walked there! More

Best dealership!! I've been to other Honda dealership's before and have had terrible experiences so when I went to Rapids Honda I was hesitant. But the service departme I've been to other Honda dealership's before and have had terrible experiences so when I went to Rapids Honda I was hesitant. But the service department and other floor staff are so friendly and helpful! I made an appointment the night before, which there was plenty of appointments available. I expected to wait more than an hour, like I had at other Honda dealership's, but to my very pleasant surprise it was less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone! More
