However, what I experienced was an afternoon of meeting some really nice people, having some funny conversations, getting all the information I wanted, and leaving with a brand new leased car with the exact options I wanted. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Several people came over to just say "Hello" to me and make sure I was getting what I needed. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and I left feeling good about the transaction I had made. More
