Issues noticed after getting home First visit was for an oil change. When exiting my garage (I had been home after the oil change for about an hour) I noticed several spot of fresh oil First visit was for an oil change. When exiting my garage (I had been home after the oil change for about an hour) I noticed several spot of fresh oil on my garage floor. Concerned, I check to be sure the new oil filter didn’t have fresh oil around the seal and that the oil cap was snug. After a day or two there was no more fresh oil on my garage floor. Just a clean up job. Spilled oil during the oil change must have been the culprit. Second visit was to replace (as per recall) the passenger side air bag and an oil change in my wife’s 2010 Fit. When she took it to work the following Monday she noticed the upper glove box opened/closed with some difficulty.. I took a look and saw right away that the dash board cover (that sits on top of the airbag) is bowing up right in the middle of the glove box causing the parts to rub together. I tried to press it down but stopped short not wanting to set off the airbag. Just grateful I had coupons for the oil changes. Attention to detail seems to be overlooked by the technicians. More

Not so with Rapids Honda. I was connected with Chad Zastrow in the service department, who was a real pleasure to work with in resolving my issues. We made an appointment, he solved my transportation issues, made sure the price quoted was competitive and even saved me a good deal of money when it was found that I had forgotten that one of the issues had been completed a year prior. From first to last it was a very good experience and in the future I will be doing all my business with Rapids Honda. More

Great dealership along with great people! Every time I come into Rapids Honda it’s always a positive experiencing! Whether I am getting a car wash or an oil change, this place always leaves me smiling! The staff is always friendly and willing to make sure I am happy and comfortable as well! The waiting areas are also really clean and nice. A great place to sit down, have a cup of coffee while waiting for your car! Service is always fast and efficient, even if I don’t have an appointment. Shawn my service advisor was friendly and also kept me updated on the status of my car. The sales team is also great, they are willing to work with anyone and find a solution for you! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car or to have maintenance performed! Definitely 5 Star Service! Both of my experiences at Rapids Honda were definitely 5 Star! November 15th is the second time Service Writer, Shane Stegeman, went above and beyond Both of my experiences at Rapids Honda were definitely 5 Star! November 15th is the second time Service Writer, Shane Stegeman, went above and beyond for me. Let me explain further. In June of 2019 I brought my car, 2018 Honda Civic, to Brookdale Honda for an oil change & tire rotation and there was a error in the mileage noted on my invoice. I called Brookdale Honda and they said they would correct the problem. That never happened. When I brought the car in for service on November 1st to Rapids Honda, I pointed out the error to Shane and showed him my previous invoices. He immediately corrected the error in the system. After my service was completed that same day I mentioned to Shane that I was having problems syncing my cell with with Blue Tooth etc. I further explained the problem and told him I was "frustrated". Shane took a few minutes and simply showed me the error of my ways! Again on November 15th I brought my car into Rapids Honda. I was distraught. I had backed out of the garage and broke off the passenger side mirror! Initially he told me that he would order the part and have it in a day or two and I could come back. Shane and another employee overhearing the conversation checked further and discovered that the part was in stock and it could be replaced the same day! Life doesn't get better! I am so very grateful to Shane for being so willing to always go above and beyond! More

We came in to find an SUV for our growing family and Ryan made sure we did just that. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us a bunch of different options that met our needs. Making a big decision like this is not the easiest thing for us, but Ryan never pressured us, was patient and answered all of our questions. We then worked with Nick on our financing and were pleasantly surprised at the speed at which we were able to finalize the details and get out of there. Nick knows his stuff and was a joy to work with. We can't wait to get our CR-V out on the road! More
