Good experience, one odd thing I bought a Certified pre-owned 2018 accord there. The staff were great and they were flexible and competitive on the price. The weird thing: when I got home I noticed there were no floor mats or owner’s manual. When I asked about it they said those things didn’t come with the car. Seems odd to spend that much on a certified pre-owned car and not have something like floor mats come standard. Mildly annoying to have to order them separately. More
