My only concern is that it took a really really long time to complete the process. I knew coming in what I wanted to buy, and didn't even need to test drive the vehicle. Yet I was there for 4 hours. The delay came from the financing side. We had to wait a rather ridiculous amount of time to complete the purchase due to having only 2 finance people available. You definitely need more help on a Saturday, because that was frustrating. The rest of the experience was great. More
