It wasn't an easy job but he remained tenacious and gave me every confidence he had the matter under control - which he did. I wouldn't think twice about using Rapids Honda service again! More
Experience Dependent on Employee The first time I went to Rapids Honda for service it was great. Austin went over and above to create a good experience and was extremely courteous and maintained great communication. The second time I went to them for service left much to be desired. I called ahead on Friday, September 20 to see if they had the part I needed. I got transferred around a bit, first talking with service, then being transferred to parts to see if they had the part in stock, and then being transferred back to service to schedule my appointment. The second time I spoke with service, I spoke with Chad. I informed him that the part needed to be ordered but they told me it could be here by the following day (Saturday). That day didn't work for me so I scheduled my appointment for the following Monday. He told me I would be all set and that the work would only take 15-20 minutes to have a license plate bracket put on my vehicle. However, I didn't have a lot of confidence after the conversation that he was going to get things set up and ordered. After talking with Chad, I called back to Rapids Honda to talk with the parts department, let them know I had just scheduled an appt with Chad for 1:00 on Monday, Sept 23 and that the part needed to be ordered. I don't remember the name of the person I spoke with, but the man said he would go talk with him to make sure it got ordered. I showed up for my appointment at 1:00 on Monday, checked in with Shawn, and then proceeded to wait for 40 minutes only to be told the part was never ordered. I understand mistakes happen. However, when Shawn got a hold of Chad, Chad told him that he never ordered the part because I was going to get back to him on other work I wanted to have done on my car. When I had called I never mentioned anything else I wanted done on my car. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and understand that when you're working with a lot of people it's easy to get customers mixed up. Even so, when I was told that I would be good to go for Monday at 1, that means no action was taken to ensure the part was in for that appointment even though I spoke to two people about it and rather than taking ownership of it, I was blamed for it. I took extra proactive effort on the front end to call a second time, waited around for 40 minutes and then got told it was because I didn't call back. I'm normally easygoing when mistakes happen, but I was so upset that I called other places I've worked with to price out getting the work done elsewhere. I was very unimpressed with my experience and how a mistake was handled. I did come back the next day because every other place was going to be significantly more expensive since it was a Honda-specific part. I worked with Shane who was so on top of things, got me in a out quickly, was friendly... all I could think was "why couldn't I have worked with him the first time around?!" He was GREAT! More

I was presented an offer and negotiated a price during my lunch hour, I was back after work and met with Nick in finance early in the evening and had everything wrapped up and driving my new car away within an hour. My best car buying experience ever! I love my new CRV! More

We noticed a paint issue before we left the dealership and scheduling a return visit was simple and a replacement vehicle was provided for the time it took for the issue to be resolved. If you're looking for a stress free dealership to deal with, Rapids Honda is one of the best. More

I knew what kind of car I wanted to get, I just wasn't sure that day that I was ready to buy. There was no pressure, but I found Aaron, the salesman, very patient and informative. My initial contact was with Sheila Pierson, who apparently is their USAA online salesperson. She emailed me as a result of my inquiry through USAA, of which I am a member. She was patient, informative, and accommodating. But she handed me off to Aaron when I got to the dealership. I was surprised at that, but not disappointed with Aaron's service. More
