An incredible experience. My wife and I needed a new car desperately. We looked around online for several weeks before deciding on Rapids Honda in Coon Rapids,MN. We had contac My wife and I needed a new car desperately. We looked around online for several weeks before deciding on Rapids Honda in Coon Rapids,MN. We had contacted the dealership ahead of our visit in regard to a financing offer I had gotten in the mail from Capital One. The fine folks at the dealership contacted me right away and we're very flexible in scheduling an appointment. We arrived at the dealer when they opened expecting to maybe see a few vehicles and get an idea of what we would qualify for for financing. An hour and a half later, we left driving our brand new (pre-owned) car home. Jacob and Nick at Rapids Honda were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My wife and I were a bit apprehensive coming in as we hadn't purchased a newer vehicle before on our own and the experience we had could not have gone smoother. Jacob and Nick explained everything clearly and gave as a very good deal on our vehicle I will recommend Rapids Honda to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle and plan to come back for all future vehicle buying needs.
