Only at the time that the sales manager got involved in contracts did an additional $1,000 fee show up for "accessories" for two sprayed on solvents - windshield and car body. I declined the other accessories that were offered at the time of purchase, but these were mandatory fees, not included in the original purchase price. Hidden fees are never okay. More

Fast and friendly When I showed up at the dealership I hadn't made up my mind on which model I wanted to purchase and had never purchased a Honda before. We walked around and looked at each tier of the different models I was interested in and she explained what more you get for your money per upgrade. There was a nice already customized Civic si displayed beautifully right out front and she offered me to test drive it. I instantly fell in love. She helped me trade in my old vehicle which was in rough shape to say the least and was very thorough through the financial part of the transaction. I had tons of questions and she rolled with the punches. Very happy about my experience with this Honda dealership and my dealer Jihan Moore. I will be back when I'm in the market for another Honda.
