Marlin, my Service Advisor, listened to my concerns on the phone when I made my service appointment. He told me he would be at the dealership to greet me, personally, at 9 a.m., the next morning. Marlin greeted me at the dealership the next day and promised my CRV would be ready in an hour. Marlin found me in the lobby and presented me with my receipt and fob and showed me where my CRV was parked. Marlin exceeded my expectations. Your system does not allow me to select "service visit" for reason for visit. More
Was never greeted while entering service. Approached the service director and had to excuse myself into his 10 min conversation with someone to ask if anyone was available to help me. He directed me to an advisor who had to leave after checking me in, then was moved to another. I was early for my appt, still checked in early, but my vehicle wasn't put on the lift for the oil change and rotation until a hour AFTER my appt time. Then the advisor tried to charge for the tire rotation again for tires purchased here. The last time I was in there this was supposed to be noted from the $4k service appt last time that included the tires. Pretty disappointing experience all around. 2 stars at absolute best. More
