Terrible incompetence from Sales Department specifically Lori and Ken. I spoke to both of them several times about a vehicle. I was told the vehicle was in good shape and available to look at. Lori sounded Lori and Ken. I spoke to both of them several times about a vehicle. I was told the vehicle was in good shape and available to look at. Lori sounded impatient and annoyed at my questions about the availability and condition of the vehicle. She went as far as saying she would go sit on the vehicle to make sure it was there and didn’t sell before we got there. We had close to a 3 hour drive to look at the vehicle. When we arrived close to 3 hours later we were informed the vehicle had sold 2 days prior!!! No one including the manager Ken took a few seconds to verify the vehicle was there during our phone conversations knowing full well how far we had to drive. Just simply unacceptable incompetence. I wouldn’t even give the dealership one star if the system would let me. More

My tires were not rotated or inflated despite being charged for the service. I did not receive the free car wash either.
